We love this kid
Patchy cracks us up. He is so funny and random. He has such a big imagination. It is too bad that he is so shy when we are out and about because when we are at home he just makes us laugh all day long with what he says...and how he says it. He has the best facial expressions with his big brown eyes. I wish that I could record a conversation with him but he zips his lips whenever I take out the camera. He is obsessed with being a big boy and loves batman. He is doing a great job with potty training. In fact, I have even been venturing out without a diaper. He loves to run and will often times just start running laps around in the house. Sometimes he dribbles a pretend basketball while he is running. We were so shocked last weekend at a birthday party that he was brave enough to climb up the big slide and go down. He tends to be more reserved when we are out and about especially with things like that but he was having the best time. He adores Quinn and always wants to see her, touch her and hold her. I think both of our girls are lucky to have him as a brother. He is always telling us thank you for things and it is so sincere. I love it. He is just so darn sweet. Except for when you try to discipline him or tell him, "No." Then he crosses his arms looks at you and says, "I don't like you anymore." I love the little poem below because it is so much Patrick except the supermarket tantrums...thank goodness!

Three Month Quinn
You spend your days practicing in your swing and bumpo seat, holding your head up high during tummy time, grabbing onto things in your play gym, sticking your tounge out, sucking your thumb, watching your brother and sister act like maniacs and eating. You are doing a great job with eating and getting chubbier by the day. Sometimes Ellie will lay next to and blow out her cheeks and pretend that she is as fat as you are. It makes her giggle.
I don't think you like to be held too much. You prefer to be spread out on the ground and kicking those legs and moving your arms all around. I know that you can roll over to your belly because I find you in your crib that way, but I haven't actually seen it yet. You are such a happy little gal. You wake up with happy squeals and give us big smiles when we come to get you from your crib.
Ellie and Patch are still in your space whenever you are awake. They just love you so much and never get tired of your cute little face. Ellie is very excited that you have started to squeal and grab things. Patchy likes to tell us that you love him whenever you smile at him. They both call you Quinny.
