Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. It was very exciting. The kids are so much fun at this age. We went to Mass on Christmas eve before the big party at Grandma and Grandpa's house. We had a delicious ham dinner and exchanged secret Santa presents. It was a late night so by the time we got home both Patch and Quinn were already asleep and Ellie went right to bed without even reading a book because she was worried about being asleep for Santa to come. Thankfully, they slept till a little past 7. Ellie was thrilled with her vanity and cheese wedge mat. Patchy loved his big Chewbacca and hot wheels tracks. Quinn got her very first baby doll. Uncle Mike came over and spent the day with us and Grandma came over for a while. Ellie and Patchy were surprised later in the day when they went outside to play and there were new bikes on the patio waiting for them. Lucky kids. Ellie was happy to finally have a bigger bike and Patchy loved his new bike with pedals. Until he got on it and he was too tired and frustrated to ride. It was Quinn's first Christmas and she topped it off with her first lasagna dinner. She loved it!! It was such a fun day.
