Sleepovers
There have been a lot of sleepovers happening over spring break. Mia, Mikey, and Joey have all had their own turn spending the night at our house. Ellie had a sleepover at the Caruso house for the first time in a very long time. A while back, she said she didn't want to sleep over there anymore because they all snore. Haha. Well, the joke is on her because Ellie is a little snorer. She finally gave it another chance. The first shot....she got a stomach bug and Auntie Angie had to drive her home at 8 at night with all of the kids in the car. Then she tried a week later and she made it through the night thanks to Auntie Angie snuggling with her in the middle of the night. Patchy had his very first sleepover at the Caruso house. Joe fell asleep pretty early on so it was basically Mikey and Patchy playing at night. They play so well together. They both love pretend play and often get lost in their little worlds.
Ellie also had her first friend sleepover. I never thought this would happen so early on but since Riley is at our house all the time, it really didn't seem like a big deal. It was their treat for Spring break since they missed each other so much. Riley happened to sleep over on Quinn's birthday so she got to go out to Red Robin with us for dinner and then swimming at Mommom and Poppy's Hotel Pool. She was the perfect little house guest!

Rollerskating
Ever since we went to the birthday party at Skateland, it is always one of Ellie's top choices of things to do. Since it was the last day of Spring break and Chloe was with us, we decided to go again. Patchy loves it too. He always thinks he is so cool because he can trot around the rink in his preschool skates without holding on to a skate helper. Ellie is doing really well skating on her own. Quinn wanted to go out there so it was fun when the open skate ended and they had everyone go out in their socks to dance. Quinn was running all around the rink having a blast.

Poppy and Mommom
Poppy and Mommom came for a nice visit. They were here for one week and we tried to cram so much in during that week. They were here for Quinn's birthday festivities. We spent some time at our house relaxing and playing like we do so they could see the kids in their element. We went to the Butterfly Wonderland. Everyone had a butterfly land on them. The boys went to the zoo one day while the girls went for pedicures and shopping. We had lots of evenings at the hotel pool. Ellie and I took Grandma and Mommom to the Cinderella play at Gammage for an early Mother's Day gift. It was so nice to have Mommom and Poppy here. Patchy, Ellie and Quinn adore them. Thank you for everything. We love you guys!!!
