I think we have already mentioned that Ellie is a climber. She is always putting that little foot on something and trying to get to the top. The other day she figured out 2 more fun climbing places in the house. I walked around the corner from the kitchen and this is what I found:
She sat up in the window for a long time like a cat. She loved pointing at all the airplanes. Ellie gave our neighbor a nice little "moon" as she walked by. I am sure that isn't something she sees everyday!
Then she was super excited to learn she could climb from the couch to the staircase. Don't worry MomMom...we are watching her closely. =)
She doesn't give up easily. She had to work hard for a while to get up to the staircase at first. But, she learned how to use her teeth to help her climb and now she is an ol pro.
The extra bonus was that Daddy was on the other side so she could give him some smooches.
Thank goodness both the stairwell and the window have a couch to cushion any falls. So when this happens....
It isn't that big of a deal. =)
She's also been standing on her little giraffe rocker riding him like a surfboard. We don't have a picture of that yet but this one is cute enough to share.
