Busy May

Things have been pretty busy around the Trone household in May. Greg wrapped up his school year and is now enjoying his 3 month summer break (lucky guy). I am about to wrap up my school year and enjoy my permanent summer break (lucky me).

I can't wait to start the "stay-at-home mom" phase of my life.

May has been a busy month for Elise as well....

7 months

Elise turned 7 months on May 22nd. 

Have I mentioned this is the best age yet.

I think I say that every month. 

Elise at Seven Months...

**Crawling...goofy crawling but she gets where she wants**

**she grunts and growls like a baby bear when she is trying to get somewhere**

**drinking (kind of a mess) out of her sippy cup**

**eating chunks of  bananas and avocado**

**using mom and dad or something low to the ground to stand up**

**sitting up all by herself from her belly**

**she tells stories, she has some sad stories but mostly happy stories**

Can you count my rolls?

Frustrated

Elise is getting soooooo close to crawling.

As she gets closer and closer she is getting more and more frustrated. She certainly wants to go places.  Won't be long now

Cousin Mikey

Last Sunday on Mother's Day Angie gave birth to her best Mother's Day present ever.
 Welcome Cousin Mikey!

Yay for the Caruso's.

We are so happy to have another addition to the family. 

All these little guys are going to have so much fun growing up together.

Sitting Pretty

Over the last few weeks Elise has begun to sit for loooooooong periods of time. She prefers it now when she is hanging out. If we have her on her belly too long playing with her toys she starts to growl and grunt and as soon as we pop her up to sit she is as happy as can be.

Maybe the next trick will be standing....?
