June Moments

Denver

We went down to Denver for the weekend to visit family and friends. Aunt Kelley's is always the kids favorite part of Colorado so they were a little bummed we were staying so far away. We spent the day with Aunt Kelley and Uncle Pat at their house and were able to see all of the cousins. It was such a fun day and just like 4th of July.

We also had a fun BBQ with the Cindric Clan. I love that we see each other every year and catch up. Mr. and Mrs. Cindric bought a new house this year so we were happy to go over there and see it and watch all the little kids play together. We had one more adventure with Emilie and her family when they came back up to Breckenridge to go to the adventure park! I love our time with them every summer!

Patchy is Riding!!

Patchy got on the bike again and started riding without training wheels right after we got here. He was riding a bit in December but he lost it because we didn't practice enough. He wanted training wheels but after a day or two in Breckenridge we was ready to take them off! He is doing great and he won't lose it this time! He has been going to the pump track, riding through puddles and a little bit on trails. He has some good battle wounds!

Natural History Museum

On the way to Denver we stopped at Dinosaur Ridge and the Natural History Museum in Morrison because the kids are really into dinosaurs these days. It was so neat because they were able to drill sandstone to look for real dinosaur fossils. It pays to ditch the tour! They also got to pet Jim the snake.

Breckenridge Week 1

Our first week in Breckenridge was filled with outside time, playing with a snow pile, Emilie and her girls coming up for a few days, Patchy biking, pump tracks, hikes, blowing dandelions, hot tub, Patch getting sick and celebrating Daddy!
