Daddy is training for a marathon and had to run 20 miles today so Uncle Mike came over and ran with him. While they did that, all the girls had fun. We did our own run to the coffee shop for some treats. Grandma even met us there! When everyone left, Elise and Daddy were both a little tuckered!

Back to work
This week mommy went back to work.
She was pretty sad, but I think she is going to be okay because I save lots of smiles for her when she comes home.
I have my very own personal friend who will come and play with me while she is gone.
I think I am really going to like her.
On Fridays it is just me and daddy hanging out all day long. Today he took me to the post office and bike shop.
I think I am going to love having Fridays be ...

We are having so much fun with her.
We were a very happy couple before we had our little girl

SO MUCH BETTER!
This is how we have been spending our days lately...
getting stronger
smiling
lots of naps after all of her hard work
and lots of eating to maintain her fabulous figure!

Mr. Star
Elise loves looking at her star. He lights up and plays music. This has definately been her favorite for the past month. It always makes her smile now. If she has her bink in and we put her under it, she drops the bink out of her mouth and looks up in amazement!
My Friend RJ
This is my friend RJ. He is Jordan's baby (mommy's friend). I think he is pretty cute! Look at how big I look. I am kind of big for my age, 75th percentile for height and weight. (12 lb 2 oz, 23 inches). He is very little for his age (6lbs at one month). Someday soon I am sure he will catch up! We are going to have lots of fun together with our mommies!
Our First Hike
On Sunday we went with the Venti family out to enjoy the beautiful sunny day. Greg and Mark went on a mountain bike ride while Colleen and I hiked around with the kids. It was Elise's first hike! She did part of it in the jog stroller and part in the Moby. I wish I was better prepared for the AZ sun. For most of the hike she was covered under her burp cloth because the big floppy hat that Colleen let us borrow did little to protect her from the sun.
All tuckered out from the excitement!
