4th Of July

We broke our tradition of being at Aunt Kelley's on the 4th of July so we could experience a 4th of July in the mountains. It was a day filled with a Parade, BBQs, dipping dots, street art, bike riding and fireworks.

Kind of Camping

Some of the Sullivans came up to Breckenridge to hang out for a while. We walked around the town and went out for some pizza. The girls shopped and the boys rode bikes and the little ones played in the sand. We had planned to meet them at their campsite that night for some smores but it was so rainy we almost didn't go. I'm so glad we did because it was a LOT of fun. The girls built fairy houses while the boys worked on chopping wood and the fire. They played by the creek and went for little hikes. We realized that Patchy needs to go camping a lot more...he really loved it! Ellie really loved being with Josie and Mary and Quinnie loved being an adventurer like Dora. We had a hot dog dinner, smores and then cheated and went home and slept in our warm, dry beds!

Breckenridge Week 2

More hiking, parks, adventure park with the Nickoloffs, lots of rain, new home by the park, the Richards come, Maggie Pond, lots and lots of rain and jumping in puddles, Finding Dory, Quinnie and Daddy time, Patchy does the pump track!
